1. I/we acknowledge I/we are attending an erotic event and that I/we wish to voluntarily participate in and/or observe sexual activity between myself and other consenting adults. Sexual activities may also include, but are not limited to, group sex, bondage and sadomasochistic activities, hereinafter referred to as BDSM.
2. I/ we will behave in a respectful manor at all times, and I/we understand that "No" absolutely means NO.
3. While Erotiverse Events may include erotic and sexually explicit activity, I/we understand there is no guarantee or obligation for any The Erotiverse Events staff member, party guest or attendee to engage in such activity.
4. When alcoholic beverages are served, I/we will maintain a clear mind and full control of our faculties and judgment making capabilities while at the party. Any person intoxicated or behaving in a disrespectful or irresponsible manor will be removed from the event and potentially barred from attending future Erotiverse Events. Absoultely no illegal drugs are allowed at any Erotiverse Event, period! The Erotiverse Event Staff reserves the right to remove anyone from an event for any reason, without further explanation or a refund.
5. I/we understand and agree that any bodily injury, dismemberment, death, or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of my/our own negligent act(s), or the negligent act(s) of any other person(s) participating in any scheduled and planned, or unscheduled or unplanned activity, or as a result of the failure or malfunction of any piece(s) of equipment or devices, is my/our responsibility, and I/we accept the same.
6. I/we understand that accidents may occur and mistakes may be made. In consideration of the right to participate in erotic activities and any other activities in which I/we may participate in at an Erotiverse Events, I/we do, hereby, certify that I am/we are in good physical and psychological health with no defects that might be injurious to me/us or any other Erotiverse Event staff, party guests or attendees. Additionally, I/we certify that I am/we are able to handle any hazards of sex, BDSM and any conditions/outcomes that may be associated with such activities.
7. As partial consideration for being permitted to participate in and/or observe erotic and sexual activities, scheduled, planned, unscheduled, or unplanned, I/we do, hereby, release Erotiverse Events from any legal liability and agree not to sue, claim against the property of, or prosecute, and to indemnify and hold harmless Erotiverse Events or Creative Quadrant, Inc., its associates, agents, assistants, and guests, licensees and invitees, for any and all injury or death caused by or resulting from my/our voluntary participation in erotic activities.
8. I/we do understand and agree that by attending an Erotiverse Events, I am/we are knowledgeable of, and will not be offended by, events that may involve full/partial nudity or sexual acts, including BDSM, involving any of the Erotiverse Events staff members, party guests or attendees.
9. This Release of Liability shall be binding upon me/us, my/our heirs, my/our estate, assigns, legal guardians, and my/our personal representatives.
10. I/we have carefully read this Release of Liability Waiver and fully understand its contents. I am/we are aware that I am/we are releasing legal rights that I/we otherwise might have, and I/we enter into this Release of Liability of my/our own free will and volition and with full comprehension and awareness of the risks involved.
11. I/we are at least 21 years of age.
The Erotiverse reserves the right, at any time, to amend or modify any or all of the terms found in this Release of Liability form. When this occurs, these changes will be posted here.
